Summary

Leads visual merchandising strategy and execution across a regional group of stores in the Mid Atlantic and South. Drives consistent brand presentation, seasonal floor sets, and in-store storytelling to maximize sales and customer experience. Partners with operations, merchandising, and store leadership to implement visual programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional visual merchandising plans, seasonal presentations, and floor sets.
• Oversee execution of displays, fixtures, signage, and adherence to visual guidelines across stores.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate district visual teams; conduct store visits, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and store leadership on product placement and promotional rollouts.
• Manage rollout timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and installation logistics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of visual merchandising or retail leadership experience, including regional or multi-store responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving store presentation that supports sales and brand standards.
• Strong visual design sense, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for store visits and hands-on implementations.
• Experience with planogramming, fixture installations, and visual standards compliance.
