Regional Engineer

As a Regional Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and support to facilities across the region, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical work, and managing inventory and documentation.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building equipment and ensure safety inspections are logged.
• Inspect facility equipment such as vertical transportation, boilers, generators, and HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical and mechanical work and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Manage company vehicle and tool inventory.
• Respond to unscheduled and emergency work orders, including after-hours calls.
• Work with limited time off between mid-November and early to mid-January.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience with strong mechanical and technical training.
• Background in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication, time management, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.
• EPA Certified - Universal and valid driver's license.
