Regional Events Manager

Summary

Responsible for supporting the Las Vegas metro in developing, implementing and managing a wide range of events including offsite events, store openings, in-store events, press presentations and art initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution and delivers on budgetary and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as store openings, product launches, and client experiences
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and PR for event integration
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, production, and vendor management
• Develop event budgets, track expenses, and manage cost controls
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare event presentations, proposals, and post-event reports
• Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and invitations
• Provide on-site event support including set-up, staging, and staff coordination
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
