Regional Manager Asset Protection - Central

The Regional Manager of Asset Protection is responsible for safeguarding retail stores and company assets within Dior U.S. Central region. The role focuses on ensuring safety, achieving company shrink goals, supporting inventories, and managing investigations. The position requires collaboration with various departments to streamline operations and maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Inform store and corporate leadership of potential security risks within regional retail locations.
• Relay corporate initiatives to store teams and enforce compliance with company procedures.
• Protect employees and maintain awareness of safety issues.
• Install and implement standards and procedures to control internal and external loss.
• Complete operational audits to ensure compliance and lead investigations within the region.
• Centralize security vendor selection and compliance.
• Coordinate security and safety during events and other functions.
• Facilitate trainings and motivate store personnel in Loss Prevention strategies.
• Provide weekly reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations.

• At least 7 years of experience in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention.
• At least 3 years of multi-store experience.
• Ability to travel within the Central region as required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
