Summary
The Regional Manager West Coast is responsible for overseeing sales performance and executing retail strategies across West Coast stores. This role manages sales operations including inventory, marketing, CRM, visual merchandising, and store-level initiatives while supporting store openings and VIP client services. The position requires frequent travel within the United States and strong leadership in the luxury retail segment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage region-specific retail sales strategies and revenue forecasts including stretch goals.
- Create store and regional budgets and ensure maximized return on investment.
- Plan product assortments based on regional inventory needs and support store openings.
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives for product launches store exclusives and special events.
- Develop and execute CRM communication plans to engage clients and improve retention.
- Integrate operations approaches to maximize efficiency and oversee store initiatives for VIP clients.
- Recruit hire train and mentor sales teams and manage Store Manager performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams on seasonal retail marketing plans and report on sales opportunities.
- Prepare weekly reports and provide updates on sales product feedback and areas of opportunity.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive retail management experience in the luxury segment.
- Proven track record managing high volume sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies and growing a business.
- Proven experience managing CRM programs and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent planning analytical and forecasting skills using report data.
- Strong communication leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the United States approximately 50 percent of the time.
