Summary
The EMEA Regional Marketing Manager for Prestige Brands will translate global brand strategies into regional marketing plans across EMEA, partnering with local market teams and global brand teams to drive growth and reinforce prestige brand equity, with direct responsibility for the regional makeup marketing plan.
Responsibilities
- Translate global brand positioning into tailored regional marketing plans and calendars across EMEA
- Act as liaison between global brand teams and local subsidiaries to ensure consistent execution
- Support local teams in execution of marketing activations and share best practices across markets
- Manage regional P&L activities including budgeting, forecasting, and media budget oversight
- Track brand and category performance across markets and monitor key KPIs such as sell-in sell-out and ROI
- Coordinate post-launch reviews and campaign evaluations with local teams
- Collaborate cross functionally with Media PR Commercial Retail Digital Demand Planning and Supply Chain
- Develop and present recommendations to executive management based on performance analysis
Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience minimum, preferably 5 to 8 years in prestige or luxury beauty fashion or lifestyle
- Regional or international marketing experience across EMEA
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European languages such as French or Spanish preferred
- Strong brand management knowledge and full marketing mix understanding
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with metrics and spreadsheets
- Strong project management communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Agile entrepreneurial mindset and results driven focus
