Job Description

Summary

The Regional Operations Manager - Pacific Northwest will work collaboratively with store management, regional, and corporate teams to enhance operational excellence across the region. The role focuses on balancing procedural compliance and resource optimization to enhance the Client Experience.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor operational performance of store operations, including inventory flows, team productivity, and stock organization through hands-on coaching and partnership with retail.
  • Leverage Ops On Demand for training activities, ensuring solid operational knowledge for all team members, including new hires.
  • Analyze and monitor store stock productivity, driving optimal operations to deliver exceptional Client Experience with strong partnership across regional departments and store teams.
  • Identify innovative action plans to minimize operating costs and operational risks.
  • Foster day-to-day operational excellence mindset and build community amongst teams.
  • Lead region and individual store inventory accuracy and integrity plans through analysis and teams.
  • Drive audit compliance with Internal Control team.
  • Lead efficient flow of products, including store openings, pop-ups, and logistics in partnership with Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Coordinate with Store Planning/Maintenance on new openings and renovations.
  • Drive new tools and coordinate store issues.
  • Participate in retail-specific projects when required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Experience in retail operations management.
