Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Operations Manager at Gucci in Toronto, you will play a vital role in supporting the retail operations team to drive business growth while adhering to Gucci's policies and procedures. You will focus on integrating back-of-house and front-of-house operations to create a better store environment for clients and store teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and act as a change agent.
  • Partner with management teams to enhance FOH and BOH operations.
  • Provide prompt resolutions for store inquiries and lead local or global project initiatives.
  • Conduct regular store visits and assess in-store processes and policies.
  • Provide training to new operations team members and support team development.
  • Coordinate activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
  • Create, update, and disseminate policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and worldwide policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-store support role, preferably in a luxury/fashion environment.
  • Previous experience as a Store Director is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and business acumen.
  • Experience in logistical planning and development of processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and direct a team through change management.
