Job Description

Summary

Regional Operations Manager responsible for supporting and improving back-of-house and front-of-house retail operations across the Midwest. Role partners with senior operations and store leadership to implement regional strategy, lead projects, and develop operations teams to ensure consistent operational standards and store readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve store operations and processes
  • Lead local and global project initiatives and support regional strategy implementation
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments
  • Train and develop operations team members and support Store Director onboarding
  • Coordinate store openings, renovations, and relocations
  • Monitor inventory control processes and ensure store compliance
  • Create, update, and disseminate policies and procedures
  • Promote and ensure proper use of operational and digital tools
  • Provide prompt resolution for store inquiries and act as change agent

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a multi-store support role, preferably luxury or fashion
  • Previous Store Director experience a plus
  • Experience with operational platforms and store-level tools
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Proven problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience collaborating with planning, inventory, merchandising, finance, loss prevention, and training
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and writing skills
