Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Operations Manager will provide strategic operational and sales support for the MidAtlantic region, ensuring consistency and compliance in retail operations, special events, and Blue Book. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role will create strong partnerships with store management teams and functional groups to align and standardize store operational processes, resulting in improved efficiencies and a luxury client experience.

• Partner with MVP and retail management to address operational questions and ensure a luxury client experience.
• Align with global and regional policies, advocating for operational support and streamlining tasks.
• Maintain regular presence in the MidAtlantic to evaluate standards, assist with projects, and perform audits and training.
• Escalate IT issues and follow up with support to resolve them promptly.
• Partner with Market Vice President and Operations Vice President to prioritize requests and implement best practices.
• Ensure standardization of processes to achieve consistency across stores.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and provide feedback through established procedures.
• Execute and communicate special projects, procedural changes, and new systems implementations.
• Ensure FOH store presentation meets luxury brand standards and BOH is efficiently managed.
• Partner with corporate support groups to establish best practices.
• Oversee operational procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assess gaps in operational knowledge and develop training solutions.
• Coordinate training efforts for compliance and new systems implementations.
• Project manage the Uniform program, including ordering, implementation, and maintenance.

• College Degree.
• 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Inventory management background.
• Experience with multiple retail locations oversight or new store opening support.
