Job Description

Summary

The Latin America Regional Makeup Product Manager for Parfums Christian Dior drives the success of the Makeup category in the region. This role supports the markets in strategically executing and adapting product initiatives and integrated 360° campaigns. The Makeup Product Manager ensures alignment with global brand guidelines while capitalizing on regional market opportunities and addressing specific needs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the development of Makeup marketing plans and participate in implementation with Area Managers and Brand Managers.
  • Develop customized, integrated 360° launch plans and conduct thorough analyses of Makeup performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of available resources and identify market opportunities.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of all Makeup-related events within the region.
  • Manage and maintain the Marketing and Trade calendars for Makeup trade events on the regional digital platform.
  • Ensure reservations for all Makeup launches and assist in budget preparation and revisions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operational Marketing, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
