Job Description

Summary

The Regional Retail Learning Manager will plan, implement, and deliver a structured learning and development program for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region, supporting store and team manager leadership development to elevate client experience and drive business objectives. This role requires on-site presence at the DC City Center boutique and focuses on coaching, mentoring, and applied selling skills to improve team proficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and facilitate regional retail training strategy, including in-store and regional inductions.
  • Develop and deliver training modules and individual training plans based on store and region needs.
  • Support applied learning of selling skills through observation and coaching.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to improve proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors.
  • Implement consistent follow up and on the job coaching to ensure learning application.
  • Align learning initiatives with business objectives and client experience goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience influencing and training teams in a fast paced, client centric, luxury retail environment.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience developing and delivering structured training programs and modules.
  • Ability to assess training needs and create individualized development plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive behavioral change.
  • Willingness to work on site at the DC City Center boutique and travel within the region as needed.
