Job Description

Summary

The Regional Retail Learning Manager will plan, implement, and deliver a structured learning and development program for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region, supporting store and team managers to develop leadership and selling skills and drive an elevated client experience. This role is based at the DC City Center boutique and requires on-site presence to support regional training initiatives and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and facilitate regional retail training strategy and in-store inductions
  • Develop and deliver training modules and individual training plans for stores
  • Observe selling behaviors and coach to ensure applied learning of selling skills
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams and managers
  • Drive customer delight through focused development of client service skills
  • Follow up on training outcomes and support behavioral change
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training with business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience influencing and training team members in a fast-paced, client-centric luxury business
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and feedback skills to drive development
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs and individual development plans
  • Proven track record supporting store managers and retail teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and innovation in learning and development approaches
  • Willingness to work on-site at the DC City Center boutique
