Regional Retail Learning Manager

The Regional Retail Learning Manager will plan, implement and manage a structured training and development program for Louis Vuitton's Southwest Region, meeting the needs of the business and team development. Through follow up and coaching you will ensure Store and Team Managers' leadership skills are developed, and store associates are trained on needed skills to successfully attain service excellence through an elevated customer experience.

This role will be based in Dallas and reports to the Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in team development, driving results, collaboration, and client centricity. You must possess a strategic mindset as well as strong communication and facilitation skills.

Experience in coaching and training in a luxury retail setting is highly desired.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $115,000- $130,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
