Job Description

Summary

The Regional Retail Learning Manager will design, implement, and lead a comprehensive learning and development program for stores in the OC Metro and San Diego market, reporting to the Senior Retail Learning Manager. The role focuses on developing leadership skills of Store and Team Managers through on-the-job coaching and alignment with business objectives to enhance client experience and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement regional learning and development programs for retail stores
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and follow-up to Store and Team Managers
  • Demonstrate floor management strategies and on-floor leadership within stores
  • Organize and oversee strategic onboarding processes
  • Drive service performance through effective training and coaching
  • Provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change and performance improvement
  • Develop leadership skills of ECA TL and TM roles
  • Align training initiatives with business objectives and regional needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience influencing and training retail teams in a client-centric environment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with ability to provide feedback
  • Exceptional communication and time management capabilities
  • Experience in floor management and on-floor leadership
  • Ability to organize and manage onboarding and training programs
  • Creative and innovative approach to learning and development
  • Passion for client experience and people development
