Job Description

Summary

Lead design and delivery of learning and development programs for stores in the OC Metro and San Diego market, coaching Store and Team Managers to elevate service and client experience. Report to the Senior Retail Learning Manager and align training initiatives with regional business objectives while driving on-the-job coaching and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive retail learning programs for regional stores
  • Provide on-floor leadership and demonstrate floor management strategies within stores
  • Deliver coaching and mentoring to Store Managers and Team Managers to drive behavioral change
  • Organize and manage strategic onboarding for new hires
  • Assess training needs and develop targeted learning interventions
  • Monitor training effectiveness and follow up to ensure skill transfer
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align learning with business goals

Requirements

  • Experience influencing and training team members in a client-centric luxury retail environment
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and feedback skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to develop leadership skills for ECA TL and TM roles
  • Ability to deliver on-floor demonstrations and hands-on coaching
  • Experience organizing onboarding and learning programs
  • Passion for client service and people development
