Job Description

Summary

The Regional Retail Support Coordinator provides onsite administrative, financial, and operational support to regional offices and stores. Based in Union Square or Valley Fair, this role partners with regional leadership to manage SAP functions, office operations, and project coordination to support store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP functions including vendor payments and invoice processing
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, stores, and finance partners
  • Provide administrative support to the regional office and senior leaders
  • Support calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing
  • Assist with regional projects such as store renovations and openings
  • Support operational objectives and help manage store budgets and expenses
  • Monitor and maintain office facilities and mail handling
  • Assist with organization and execution of regional events and initiatives

Requirements

  • 2 years of proven experience in retail operations, office management, or finance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive service-oriented mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and variable scheduling
  • Ability to work onsite at Union Square or Valley Fair locations
