Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager East at Baume & Mercier in New York, you will be responsible for managing all authorized dealers on the East Coast and Central regions of North America. You will drive sell-through, ensure proper assortment in each POS, and develop strong relationships with principals and store personnel. You will collaborate closely with sales administration, marketing, and customer service teams to manage daily business and ensure the brand's image is appropriately represented.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop Baume & Mercier network footprint and distribution channel in accordance with brand strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activity for authorized retailers, including stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and coop marketing.
  • Monitor sell-out activity and implement changes to increase sell-through.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Support partners in planning, product allocation, and stock management.
  • Develop and monitor action plans to achieve commercial KPIs.
  • Ensure Baume & Mercier’s image complies with Maison guidelines.
  • Plan and run training programs for Sales Teams.
  • Prepare and conduct monthly meetings with partners.
  • Develop proposals to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Evaluate potential of new shop-in-shops and coordinate implementation.
  • Support retailer events and explore promotional events.
  • Communicate regularly with Brand President on account status and sales analysis.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales/retail preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident negotiator.
  • Strong customer orientation with ambition.
  • Sales talent with modern omnichannel retail understanding.
  • Independent, proactive approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience in event management.
