Regional Sales Manager - Fragrance & Beauty

Summary

The Regional Sales Manager drives commercial performance and implements sales and marketing strategies across the region. The role oversees Territory Managers and field teams, ensuring sales objectives, brand standards, and excellent client experiences are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales planning, analyze performance, and take corrective action to meet objectives.
• Build relationships with store and operational teams and coordinate national initiatives with internal partners.
• Oversee marketing and merchandising execution, hygiene standards, and field reporting.
• Promote clienteling and service excellence, including resolution of complex client situations.
• Develop and support Territory Managers and their teams, including reviews, training, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Oversee stock management, operational needs, cabins, and store openings, closings, or renovations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of regional sales management experience, ideally in beauty or luxury.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty products; experience with multiple suppliers is an asset.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, flexibility, autonomy, and collaborative ability.
