Summary
Based in Vancouver, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance and implementing sales and marketing strategies across Quebec, Western Canada, and the Maritimes. This role oversees Territory Managers and field teams to maximize CHANEL’s brand presence, ensure flawless execution at points of sale, and support boutique operations and openings.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales planning, analyze store and territory performance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure sales objectives are met and respond proactively to commercial challenges.
- Communicate results, opportunities, and key territory issues to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers and operational teams.
- Collaborate with Training, Merchandising, CRM/e-retail, and Marketing to execute national initiatives.
- Oversee merchandising and marketing campaign execution, ensuring compliance with brand and hygiene standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of Territory Managers and field staff.
- Participate in store openings, closures, and renovations and manage stock to optimize commercial opportunity.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in regional sales management, ideally within beauty or luxury sectors.
- Strong background in fragrances and beauty products; experience with suppliers is an asset.
- Proven strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams.
- Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable to a changing environment with strong operational focus.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
