Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Senior Manager, CRM and Clienteling at Cartier in Coral Gables, FL, you will focus on optimizing CRM strategies across South America, emphasizing client acquisition, retention, and data analysis. You will tailor strategies to local market needs and collaborate with various teams to enhance client engagement and business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Implement CRM actions strategy and manage budgets.
  • Coordinate with Communications team for client targeting and event planning.
  • Manage CRM gifts, greeting cards, and marketing tools.
  • Develop client acquisition strategies and manage external partnerships.
  • Identify VIP prospects and create regional databases.
  • Oversee CRM budget management and sales expenses.
  • Lead regional team management and foster collaboration.
  • Ensure high adoption of clienteling apps and set KPIs.
  • Collaborate on CRM digital strategies and training programs.
  • Formulate CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee database management and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; Master’s preferred.
  • 6-10 years of relevant CRM experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French & Portuguese a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic team player with strong public speaking skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel upon request (at least 30%).
