Summary
Lead and align end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations across Latin America and Caribbean, Brazil, and Mexico subsidiaries to ensure product availability, cost effectiveness, and service excellence. Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while managing inventory, allocations, logistics, and regional teams. Act as regional supply chain leader partnering with commercial, retail, marketing, logistics, and IT stakeholders to support business growth and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional supply chain strategy and cross-functional alignment with commercial and retail stakeholders.
- Oversee supply and demand planning, forecasting, allocation, and inventory management for sellable and non-sellable products.
- Define boutique assortments and manage stock transfers, event allocations, openings, and pop ups.
- Lead logistics, distribution and fulfilment to meet service level agreements and ensure timely delivery across channels.
- Develop and monitor KPIs including service level, forecast accuracy, and stock compliance.
- Manage consignment stock and staff consignment according to international guidelines.
- Drive IT and system improvements to systemize stock management and ensure data accuracy.
- Lead, recruit and develop regional SC teams, providing coaching, tools, and performance management.
- Represent the brand on supply chain compliance and coordinate after sales stock quality processes.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree beneficial.
- 10+ years progressive supply chain experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, retail, omnichannel or FMCG.
- Proven experience leading cross country teams and influencing senior management.
- Strong expertise in supply chain management, process optimization, project management and digitalization.
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage high SKU complexity and statistical analysis.
- Experience managing inventory allocation, forecasting, and logistics across multi country territories.
- Excellent interpersonal, influence and team leadership skills with service oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with change, complexity and transformational initiatives.
