Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Supply Demand Planning Manager at Cartier in Coral Gables, you will lead a team responsible for managing supply and demand planning across various product categories. You will collaborate with central teams in Switzerland to forecast sales and ensure inventory policies are aligned with regional needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor team members in charge of Watches and Eyewear product categories.
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members daily.
  • Set and review objectives to ensure team performance.
  • Responsible for regional sales forecasts for Jewellery, Eyewear, Fragrances, and POSM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product Managers and Commercial teams to size novelties.
  • Define and update model stocks in accordance with central guidelines.
  • Ensure inventory policies secure proper replenishment.
  • Set Automatic Replenishment for external partners and MDS for internal boutiques.
  • Create and update Supply Chain dashboards to monitor regional activity.
  • Report monthly on risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Demand Planning or Merchandising.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and computer proficiency.
  • Excel expertise with experience in SAP, Anaplan, Power Bi, and/or Tableau preferred.
  • Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish, French, and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
