Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Support Technician, you will provide technical expertise and support to facilities in the Dallas region. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment, handling electrical and mechanical work, and maintaining HVAC systems. This role requires travel to various facilities and maintaining a company vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building equipment and ensure safety inspections are logged.
  • Inspect facility equipment such as vertical transportation, boilers, generators, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical work and maintain HVAC equipment.
  • Manage company vehicle and tool inventory.
  • Respond to unscheduled and emergency work orders, including after-hours calls.
  • Work with limited time off between mid-November and early January.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with strong mechanical and technical training.
  • Background in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.
  • EPA Certified - Universal and valid driver's license.
