Summary
Regional Tailor responsible for providing tailoring services across the region, supporting VIP Home Service, trunk shows, and in-store needs. Based out of the Madison Avenue store when not traveling, the role partners with Retail Excellence to deliver Bespoke and sartorial training and supports store tailoring operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailoring service for regional trunk shows and coordinate events with Retail and Wholesale
- Deliver tailoring for private VIP appointments and coordinate with Retail Manager
- Coordinate Home Service activities and engage with top clients
- Follow up with Production on orders from trunk shows and VIP services to ensure smooth delivery
- Support regional stores by delivering in-store tailoring and coaching store tailors
- Advise clients on best fit for body characteristics
- Lead measurements for Made-to-Measure and Ready-to-Wear garments
- Support seasonal Bespoke training and deliver technical fittings guidance
- Partner with Regional Directors to develop new revenue streams and client acquisition
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience
- Men's suiting background preferred
- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail driving business results
- Flexible schedule and travel capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to visualize customers’ size and propose alterations
- Team-oriented with customer service focus
- Organized, precise, adaptable and curious
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty
