Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Trade Marketing Manager - Fragrance, you will define and implement the marketing plan for the Latin America and Caribbean region, focusing on Boutiques, Specialists, and Travel Retail. You will lead the Fragrance annual Strategic Plan process, ensuring alignment with HQ marketing and local top management.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Fragrance Strategy and manage product launches to maximize commercial impact.
  • Conduct performance analysis and recommend action plans based on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with media team for strategic media plans and monitor competitors' activities.
  • Manage A&P budget and develop client strategy with CRM opportunities.
  • Educate specialist teams on Cartier history and products through training events.
  • Collaborate with commercial team on retail action plans and specific activations.
  • Ensure proper implementation of animations and visibility enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; Master’s preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in fragrances.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French & Portuguese a plus.
  • Detail oriented with high organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel upon request (20-30%).
  • Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
