Regional VP - West Coast

As the Regional VP for the West Coast at Fendi, you will oversee the management of Fendi Stores in the region, focusing on achieving sales objectives, profitability goals, and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards. You will be responsible for building highly motivated teams and developing managers to progress in their careers within Fendi and LVMH.

• Build annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Lead and develop the retail team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to meet business goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance in all stores.
• Ensure proactive clientelling process management by Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising teams.
• Establish relationships with local department store management.
• Develop public relation events with the Marketing & Communications Department.
• Provide input to the CRM team for local CRM activities.
• Foster a culture of excellence, growth, and accountability.
• Recruit and staff open store positions in coordination with HR.
• Manage the annual review process for the region.
• Identify talent and implement development and succession plans.
• Ensure effective implementation of Fendi training initiatives.
• Full responsibility for P&L for the region.
• Safeguard the physical security of company assets, customers, and employees.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
• Streamline retail operations processes and procedures.
• Lead the store opening process for new stores.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
