Summary
Lead strategic business planning and operational execution across a defined network of boutiques in the Pacific West region. Drive performance through data informed decisions, people development, and customer centric leadership while ensuring alignment with brand standards and supporting store openings and local activations.
Responsibilities
- Lead budget and B+2 planning and assess headcount allocations.
- Oversee performance across assigned boutiques and implement action plans.
- Recruit develop and inspire multi site retail teams and support succession planning.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide hands on coaching and onboarding for Store Directors.
- Manage product availability merchandising cycles and visual standards.
- Support store openings market expansions and local activations.
- Oversee back of house efficiency including inventory reviews and after sales cases.
- Represent the brand at events resolve client complaints and provide operational support during high demand periods.
- Leverage data to drive insights share best practices and inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail leadership experience preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Strong strategic planning financial and business analysis skills.
- Proven ability to lead develop and motivate multi site teams.
- Experience in merchandising buying and retail operations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data driven decision making.
- Willingness to travel 45 50 percent domestically and internationally.
- Ability to lift push carry and pull 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
