Summary
The Regional Visual Merchandising Director will lead visual strategy and execution across stores in the Southwest region, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual presentation that enhances the client experience and drives sales. This on-site role partners with Corporate Visual Merchandising and oversees Regional VM Managers and store VM teams to implement window and interior merchandising, events, and activations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate window and interior merchandising implementation with Corporate and local suppliers
- Review installation photos to ensure product changes follow window guidelines
- Oversee store zoning preparation and product rotations by Regional VM Managers and store teams
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to Regional VM Managers and Corporate
- Visit stores and competitors to report best practices and ensure key products are well displayed
- Plan and execute Out of Network Events and VM activations for zone events
- Project manage visual merchandising activations in partnership with Corporate VM Director
- Oversee implementation of VM concepts for in-store events
- Act as ambassador for visual merchandising and drive VM-led business development
Requirements
- Experience leading visual merchandising across multiple stores or a region
- Proven ability to manage and develop Regional VM Managers and store VM teams
- Strong project management skills for events and activations
- Excellent visual merchandising knowledge across all product categories
- Ability to provide clear feedback using qualitative and photographic evidence
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and succession planning skills
- Willingness to be on-site and travel within the Southwest region
