Summary

Deliver a personalized gift registry experience for customers in store and online. Provide knowledgeable guidance on merchandise, especially home products, and build customer relationships that support loyalty and registry growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs, lifestyle, and registry goals.
• Provide product and style expertise, with an emphasis on home merchandise.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support loyalty program applications and enrollments.
• Assist registrants and gift givers across online platforms and connect them with merchandise throughout the store.
• Use technology to support customer interactions, registry building, and transactions.
• Meet or exceed registry and business goals while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience; home store experience or training is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintain composure, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and the internet.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
