Summary

Deliver personalized in-store and online gift registry experiences by guiding registrants through merchandise selection and helping them build value in their registries. Develop strong product knowledge, especially in home products, and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs and lifestyle.
• Provide expert product and style guidance, with an emphasis on home merchandise.
• Build customer loyalty and maintain a client book.
• Support customers across online platforms and connect them with the broader merchandise assortment.
• Promote loyalty programs and meet or exceed registry and business goals.
• Use technology to support the customer experience and registry transactions.
• Review goals and best practices with a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience; home store experience or training is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and remain composed in difficult situations.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and the internet.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to meet the physical requirements of the role.
