Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one registry consultations to clients and create customized registries.
• Educate customers on product selection and registry features.
• Maintain registry records and ensure accuracy of client information.
• Collaborate with sales team to meet registry-related sales goals.
• Assist with floor merchandising and product presentation for registry items.
• Handle client follow-up and post-purchase registry services.
• Process registry transactions and coordinate special orders as needed.
