Summary

The Registry Supervisor leads the store registry team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. This role focuses on coaching associates, managing daily operations of the registry department, and ensuring an elevated experience for clients creating and fulfilling registries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor registry associates to maintain high service standards.
• Provide personalized assistance to clients for registry planning and product selection.
• Drive registry sales through merchandising, outreach, and client follow-up.
• Manage inventory accuracy, displays, and registry fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or department store experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales coaching skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
