Summary
Responsible for creating immersive photorealistic 3D renderings that translate designer vision into brand-elevating visualizations. Partner with Interior Design teams to manage rendering workflows, maintain asset libraries, and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance presentation quality and client storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D renderings from 2D floor plans to support design presentations
- Apply and manipulate materials textures and finishes for realistic outcomes
- Design lighting strategies and compose camera angles to highlight design elements
- Coordinate rendering phases gather inputs manage reviews and maintain logs
- Maintain and expand 3D product library materials and texture assets
- Oversee rendering workflows and prioritize to meet established timelines
- Incorporate AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow and output
- Continuously learn and stay aware of industry trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in 3D visualization within architecture interior design or related discipline
- Formal education in Architecture or Interior Design preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max Corona and experience with SketchUp and V-Ray
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality consistency and brand integrity
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple rendering requests and timelines
