Summary
The Residential Trade Leader grows and leads the interior design trade business within the Gallery. This role builds and inspires a team, leads multiple projects, and delivers a luxury experience to clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Grow and lead the Gallery's interior design trade business.
- Build, educate, and inspire a team dedicated to serving the interior design trade.
- Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop trade business strategies and oversee projects of varying sizes and scope.
- Communicate RH's design perspective and product assortment, represent RH at design community events, and stay current on industry trends.
- Share learnings and best practices with other Galleries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team, with strong organization and leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications; ability to read and understand floor plans.
- Current driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel locally and out of state.
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
