Residential Trade Leader

Summary

The Residential Trade Leader grows and leads the interior design trade business within an RH Gallery. This role builds a successful team, oversees trade projects, and delivers a polished luxury experience to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, educate, and inspire a team dedicated to servicing the interior design trade.
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop trade business strategies and oversee projects of varying size and scope.
• Learn and communicate RH's design perspective and product assortment.
• Represent RH at design community events, network consistently, and stay current on industry trends.
• Share learnings and best practices with other Galleries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire a team, with strong organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications, and ability to read floor plans.
• Current driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel locally and out of state.
