Summary
Provide exemplary customer experience by supporting store operations functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties while maintaining facility supplies and grooming products. Partner with teams to execute processes that ensure efficiency, shrink reduction and compliance with company regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplies for office facilities and associate grooming products
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approval
- Support and execute shrink reduction plans and report violations
- Coordinate accessories repair engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Support inventory preparation execution and receiving processes
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
- Read and execute transfer shipping alteration inventory and vendor documents
- Execute accurate cash office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Replenish supplies as requested by store management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
- Ability to stand walk for shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
