Retail Analyst - Video Production

As a Retail Analyst specializing in Video Production at Ralph Lauren, you will lead the creation of high-quality visual content for the Global Retail Command Center. Your role will involve capturing and producing photographic and videographic content for various projects, enhancing learning experiences and engaging the target audience.

• Comprehend processes and methodologies to produce audiovisual, multimedia, and photographic productions.
• Develop scripts or storyboards outlining sequences of shots and scenes.
• Operate cameras and video recording equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Record high-quality audio and ensure synchronization with visual content.
• Edit raw footage using video editing software to create a cohesive final product.
• Enhance colors in post-production for a consistent visual look.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, or visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to meet project expectations.
• Manage time and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Travel to stores in Mebane or Charlotte, with occasional out-of-state or international travel.

• 5+ years of experience in videography, video content creation, and editing.
• Certified Professional Videographer (CPV) and Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Premiere Pro.
• Final Cut Pro X certification or Color Correction with DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms or educational media is a plus.
