Summary
The Retail and Wholesale Marketing Coordinator supports execution of seasonal retail and wholesale marketing plans to elevate brand image, drive traffic and sales, and ensure cohesive omni-channel experiences. This role partners with cross functional teams including retail, wholesale, e-commerce and events to deliver assets, manage calendars and streamline operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of 360 marketing plans for retail and wholesale channels
- Reinforce brand guidelines across Retail and Wholesale placements
- Provide on the ground support for markets, tradeshows and in-store events as needed
- Manage CRF timelines and submission processes to improve operational efficiency
- Own delivery of marketing assets to partners within deadlines
- Maintain 12-month retail and wholesale marketing calendars
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing and reconciliation for marketing spend
- Compile and standardize reporting and tactical recaps for presentations
- Maintain relationships with store managers, mall marketing teams and wholesale field sales
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in wholesale marketing with luxury retail experience required
- Baseline understanding of digital and social media KPIs
- Proficient in Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP SUMIFs COUNTIFs and INDEX MATCH
- Strong communication skills and initiative
- Collaborative project management style with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate flexibly and be a strong team player
- Experience with budget tracking and management
- Four-year college degree required
