Perform merchandising, stocking, fitting room assistance and operate point of sale systems while collaborating with team members and following operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salesfloor presentation through re merchandising and straightening
• Assist customers at the register handling various transaction types and bagging items
• Support fitting room operations by greeting customers and returning merchandise to the floor
• Sort and return clothing to ensure a clutter free customer experience
• Keep stockrooms organized and accurately check in and ticket merchandise
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and point of sale systems
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
• Promote store initiatives such as loyalty programs

Requirements

• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours including bending and reaching
