Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and support store operations in a fast paced retail environment. Roles include sales, cashier, stock support and fulfillment with responsibilities across customer interactions, merchandising, inventory and order fulfillment. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with fitting rooms and returns to the sales floor
- Complete transactions and provide friendly seamless cashier service
- Maintain sales floor presentation through re merchandising and straightening
- Operate store technologies and demonstrate product and program knowledge
- Receive, unload and unpack freight and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards
- Utilize inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments
- Assist with stockroom organization, markdowns and special event setups
- Resolve customer situations in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Accountability initiative and high level of ownership
- Organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock roles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail technologies
- Customer service orientation and ability to defuse situations
