Retail Cashier

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and support the sales floor by assisting customers with purchases, returns and transactions while maintaining a polished and organized department. Engage customers about products, programs and events and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and listen to customer needs
• Keep the cash wrap area and sales floor organized straightened and lightly cleaned
• Restock merchandise and ensure the department is runway ready
• Share information about gift cards rewards program and upcoming events
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Work collaboratively as part of the store team to meet business needs
