Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support - Valley Fair

Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at checkout and on the sales floor. Support sales, returns, store presentation, and other store functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions, questions, and purchase decisions in person and by phone.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cash wrap and sales floor.
• Share information about products, events, gift cards, and rewards.
• Support order fulfillment and pickup in other areas of the store.

Requirements

• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Have computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications.
• Work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements, including lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
