As a Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support at The Oaks, you will be an enthusiastic and energetic team member, providing exceptional customer service at the point of sale. You will assist customers with sales, returns, and transactions, while maintaining a positive and fashion-forward environment.

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service by understanding customer needs and sharing your passion for fashion.
• Ensure the department is "runway ready" by straightening, cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
