SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to join our North American team. This dynamic role will support the VP of Retail by driving alignment across retail functions—including operations, training, and the overall retail landscape. As a key connector across departments, the Retail Coordinator helps bring strategic priorities to life by coordinating key initiatives, Retail Excellence inductions and facilitating smooth communication, and ensuring the retail teams are supported with the tools, information, and structure they need to succeed.
Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze weekly business performance reports for retail leadership.
- Maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards to support the VP of Retail with performance tracking.
- Support the monitoring of all retail KPIs and development of action plans to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Retail to support day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Support Retail Excellence to align with retail goals by supporting the building out of retail inductions.
- Create polished presentations and documentation for executive meetings and retail initiatives.
- Support training initiatives and assist in coordinating retail training programs.
- Compile and prepare strategic store visit decks for senior leadership.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks to support daily retail operations.
- Assist in coordinating regional business initiatives and ongoing retail projects.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support decision-making across the retail network.
Requirements- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in retail operations, business analysis, or corporate administrative support within the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, and business reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
