Job Description

Summary

The Retail Director - Canada plays a key leadership role within the Retail Management team, responsible for challenging stores to deliver exceptional results and provide the highest standard of customer service. The role involves defining and executing strategic action plans to ensure strong control of KPIs and Clienteling activities, identifying key talent, and maintaining a strong presence within the market with a passion for networking and being a Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
  • Conduct store visits to evaluate management, merchandise, KPIs, and staff proficiency.
  • Analyze sales to identify trends and develop strategic action plans.
  • Ensure stores are on track with CRM rollouts and achieving targets.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers, Finance, and Business Planning to create budget and forecast sales plans.
  • Promote brand awareness and establish market presence.
  • Monitor Store Management teams and provide feedback.
  • Oversee performance review and salary planning processes.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with the training department on new product and service trainings.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in store management, with experience in a district role.
  • Track record in developing and achieving Clienteling activity.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Experience managing business to business relationships and lease negotiations.
