Job Description

Summary

The Retail District Lead is responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, and talent development across multiple retail locations within a designated geographic area. This role provides strategic leadership to achieve sales targets, manage district P&L, and maintain brand standards while fostering an inclusive and customer centric culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive district sales targets and key operational KPIs including conversion and UPT.
  • Create and execute district business strategies and manage promotional execution.
  • Monitor and manage district operational budgets, shrink goals, and P&L.
  • Partner with corporate teams to optimize inventory, visual merchandising, and business performance.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high performing store leaders and build succession plans.
  • Coach teams, provide feedback, and drive employee engagement and inclusion.
  • Ensure stores comply with health safety and operational procedures and maintain brand standards.
  • Use data insights and customer feedback to implement initiatives that improve service and performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of retail management experience with 5+ years of multi unit leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive business results and develop high performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics and financial performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication presentation and coaching skills.
  • Ability to travel within the district up to 75% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office Suite.
