Retail Excellence Intern

• Coordinate training sessions by managing invites, materials, attendance, and liaising with vendors.
• Create digital and manual training tools such as Product Maps and Quizzes.
• Manage the Retail Excellence inbox, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for attendance reports, data analysis, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for team meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Provide support during store visits and product knowledge trainings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in progress.
• In-store retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to NYC office and local boutiques.
