Summary
Support Retail Corporate teams for the Americas by coordinating retail training, CRM activities, and private client operations. Manage logistics for trainings, events, and client communications while maintaining data accuracy and supporting reporting needs. Act as a central coordinator between retail, events, and concierge stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions including scheduling and materials distribution
- Maintain training calendar and training library with up-to-date product knowledge resources
- Track training completion rates and generate performance reports and survey summaries
- Assist CRM operations by preparing reporting inputs and supporting email marketing tasks
- Produce reports and analysis to support client engagement initiatives and provide business insights
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and support store teams with client lists for personalized outreach
- Coordinate logistics and client deliverables for fashion shows and seasonal presentations
- Manage gifting inventory and ensure appropriate items for client segmentation
- Coordinate with residence or event managers and vendors for on-site execution
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM tools and basic reporting; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills with adaptability to client needs
- Proactive, positive attitude with strong initiative
- Collaborative team player able to build alignment across departments
- Experience supporting retail or private client operations preferred
