The Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by processing incoming merchandise and customer orders. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, prepare, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store needs such as events, backroom organization, markdowns, and fixture relocation.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and use technology and computer applications.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Meet physical requirements including continuous movement, bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise up to 50 pounds.
